Kaizen Training

Welcome to the Kaizen Training and Kaizen Consulting page of Future State Consulting Limited. You may have arrived here via www.kaizentraining.biz, www.kaizentraining.info or directly through other pages in our web site.

Kaizen is derived from the two Japanese words “Kai” meaning change and “Zen” meaning good; so literally “good change”. Through the work of its founder Masaaki Imai its meaning has been extended to “continuous improvement” and whilst it has a set of tools for impact within an organisational context it leans more towards a philosophy of continual, incremental improvement in what we do every day in the quest for excellence.

Kaizen shares many of the key quality tools that are used within Lean and Six Sigma but one of its key benefits is the lack of statistical overload that can come within some of the other methodologies if they are used incorrectly. This facilitates Kaizen across ALL layers of an organisation from the Board Room to the Shop Floor and Frontline with everyone having the opportunity to influence and change the way that work is done to maximise value, customer loyalty and employee engagement.

If you’re looking to implement Kaizen within your organisation we can help you with the following services and solutions:

  • Lead Team overview and engagement
  • Facilitation of Kaizen events
