Our facilitation experience has been built up over many years and the breadth of our facilitation experience stems from simply helping you to run a more effective meeting to designing and implementing a customised event to achieve your particular outcomes.

Recent facilitation events include:

  • designing and facilitating the launch event for a new L&D team and through a series of activities help them to make sense of the change, how it impacts them and what they need to do next
  • designing and facilitating a “Lean Thinking” event for 250 participants so that in under 4 hours they could understand the essentials of Lean and leave the event with action plans for their own work teams
  • facilitating a strategy session for a client’s senior team to gain clarity and direction on their business plans to 2015
  • designing and delivering a motivational key note to 300 representatives of the Central European heating and cooling industry

We also run workshops to build your in-house facilitation skills based upon the Competencies  Framework of the International Association of Facilitators of which we are members.
