We’ve just launched our new series of blog posts titled “would you believe it”. Its purpose is to share experiences in life and business that could be dramatically improved with just a few simple changes. Access them through our blog page and please feel free to send your comments or contact us for help on making an impact for your organisation.

12th October 2012: We’ve just become a Founding Member of IMPACT: the International Membership of Professional Advisors, coaches and Trainers:

It’s August, one of the quietest months of the year for client work so we are taking time off to spend time with our families (and enjoying London 2012!). We’re still available by phone and email and will be keeping up to date with anything you might be expecting from us.

June and July 2012 sees the rollout of Exploring Our Corporate Values for a major UK client in which every employee will have the opportunity to engage in a highly interactive and brain friendly one day workshop. The workshops are deliberately “content light” to enable creation of knowledge and understanding rather than just asking participants to consume what is fed to them. The pilot in May with the Values Sponsors was terrific and we are looking forward to hearing, seeing and feeling the results of this “all hands” programme over the coming months.

Open Leadership Programme: this autumn we’ll be launching our highly successful Future State Leadership Development programme into the open market for those working in smaller enterprises to whom such programmes would not normally be available. If you are based within 30 miles of Devizes and are interested then get in touch to hear more.

Kaizen Essentials/Lean Essentials/Essentials of Continuous Improvement: Our highly successful “Essentials” programme is now available for in-house delivery. These sessions are one day, fast-paced events especially targeted at managers and team leaders to give them a sound introduction to the key principles AND leave the event having identified some immediate improvements and next steps. No need to send them on a lengthy and unnecessary practitioner programme – give them what they need and fast! Get in touch to find out more.
